Staying competitive in the salon industry today means providing positive Human Resource benefits for your salon staff. TIGI®'s Teacher Training-Cutting actually hands you all the tools to easily implement this within your own environment. During this workshop students are paired up into simulated Teacher-Student relationships and each Teacher is evaluated for skill, ability, and personal growth by their students. This method of the switching Teacher/Student experience requires preparation and full understanding of our terminology, methodology, and techniques; and the minimum requirement to participate is prior attendance in Modern Classics-Cutting.
