Return Policy

- Items purchased on TIGIStore.com cannot be returned to our salons.

- Eligible returns include:
* Order entry error (i.e. unapplied discounts, inappropriate price list used, etc)
* Missing Items
* Damages

- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original packaging.

- All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Call Customer Service at 1-800-259-8596 to report damages and obtain a return authorization number.

- A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.

- A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing cycles.


In Crowd

Items purchased on TIGIStore.com cannot be returned to our Distributors.

Items typically arrive within 2-4 weeks of the original order date.

All Salon Development Items are shipped via a third party vendor, Advanced Online. TIGI will not accept ANY Salon Development Item returns. Advanced Online should be contacted directly regarding any order discrepancy surrounding a Salon Development Item. Advanced Online may be reached at 972-471-5400 or customerservice@advancedonline.com.

- Eligible TIGI Product Order Returns include:
   * TIGI Store System Error (i.e. unapplied discounts, inappropriate pricing, etc.)
   * Missing Items/Missing Components to an Item
   * Receipt of Items Not Ordered
   * Items Received in a Damaged State

- All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Call Customer Service at 1-800-259-8596 to report damages and obtain a return authorization number.

- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original packaging.

- A refund will be issued to the original credit card, if a monetary charge was made, within 1-2 billing cycles.

- A point credit will be applied to the In Crowd account upon receipt of items returned. TIGI will not be held responsible for returned items which are not delivered to TIGI.

- Back Orders:
- Items will remain on back order to be filled upon item availability unless TIGI is otherwise notified by the In Crowd account holder.

- Items that remain on back order in excess of 4 weeks will be automatically cancelled by TIGI, a point credit to be issued to the In Crowd account.
